Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unused where applicable, and in original packaging unless the product category or local law requires otherwise. Customized items, perishable goods, and clearance items may not be eligible for return.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange for pickup of the item(s).
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Customized or personalized items made to your specifications are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.
